Excellent wait person named Thomas who went up and above on service. Food great, cooked to requested specifications. Desert excellent blueberry apple and Carmel dish with ice cream, great recommendation. Visited store in Southgate highly recommend making a visit.

Hostess great..greeted with smiles and professionalism..service was great even after having to return food, salad very old, waitstaff brought another salad...ordered salmon and it was overcooked..mashed potatoes greasy, shrimp overcooked..Nats, Nats flying around my table

OMG, such a great experience. Jordon was so nice and friendly. Always smiling, stop at table numerous time, (hubby dropped his fork, twice), kept the drinks full. Nick was cooking that night, the steaks were fantastic, cooked to our desire, seasoned perfectly. I actually asked what night he was off, so I could not come that night, LOL. I have to say though, we rarely ever have a problem. Thank you Logan's for another fine meal.

I just left January 19th I will probably never go back again after setting there and getting my drink. About 5 minutes later, she comes and asked me if I would like biscuits, and I said, of course, I gave her my order. And literally, 4 minutes before my steak came out. She decided to bring me my salad while I sat there for over 15 minutes prior waiting on the steak. Then, when the stake comes, the mashed potatoes have like a film on them or something. She doesn't ask me how everything is doesn't ask me why I didn't eat the potatoes. Nothing? Not to mention, it was freezing in there.

Just left logan's roadhouse in southgate, michigan.We were seated the waitress, walked right past us.Four times we were sitting at the table for more than ten minutes with no service or even an acknowledgment that we were there.The manager needs to get a hold of his staff.I am currently at the texas roadhouse being served with a full house.There were less than twenty people in the whole restaurant.I would not eat here again if you paid me
