From the hostess just walking to the table placing menus and kept walking to the wrong alcohol in a mojito to having to ask for rolls to tasteless food.As we were trying to leave the waitress didn't come back so we placed the receipt by the register, as we approached the car she comes running out with an attitude yelling "I need the receipt" she noticed us more after we left then she did when we were inside. Nope... Won't be back.Texas roadhouse is so much better.

Everything was good. We were in the room with the fireplace, but it was cold that we had to eat really fast and leave quick. It took me two hours to warm up after I got home. Could not enjoy the meal or the company because the cold.

We ate there for the first time tonight and every one of the staff, especially the waitress, was top-notch. The prices were fair. The food was delicious.
My appetizer had hair in it . An had to send my steak back I ordered it well done an they couldn't get that right . Sorry won't be back

My family & I go to Logan’s fairly regularly. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.We’ve really only had one bad experience when we got stuck in the furthest back end of the bldg. with a large birthday party and were basically forgotten about. Food took an hour to arrive and the waiter was overwhelmed with a lot of people to serve, but the M.O.D., Maria, saved the day. She was very sweet, very apologetic and attentive. She was very concerned about us leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. Maria was exactly what you’d expect out of someone that wants her guests to have a good experience. That was super refreshing and meant a lot.Thanks Maria! You’re a fantastic manager.
It had been some time since we had last visited Logans. We were disappointed. Gone were the ribs by the 1/2 or full rack. You could only buy by the lb. We ordered a pound each and got chunks of what could only be described as the small bone ends. The salads were full of brown lettuce bits, not appetizing at all. I ordered a baked potatoe, and it was overcooked. We used to have a Logans near us which closed, I don't think we will be making the 45 minute drive to this Logans ever again.
