I normally dont do reviews, but I really want management to this McDonald's to know that their morning staff is the best! They have the best consumer service EVER!! Everytime I go there, they are always so friendly, nice and always have a smile on their face! They did a great job hiring this crew!!

Never eaten at this store again.Especially after the recent food tampering. Anything that they could cook for me now I can make it at home. My food is hot, delicious and best of all contains no other bodily fluids or nasty contaminants from employees. Images are from my own breakfast cooked at home and a much cheaper/ safer option. Also, I did write my letter and sent it to McDonald's headquarters along with years worth of receipts I have as a former loyal customer. No more eating here for me. I encourage you to avoid this store as well.

I will keep updating my review until a change is made at this store. Attached is a new picture of me choosing to eat at home rather than deal with food tampering at this location. Pictured aside from the english mcmuffin egg and sausage sandwiches is now of a freshly cooked burger with extra onion as requested and sharp cheddar cheese. Avoid this store at all costs. You can eat a whole meal at home, and it will be a better experience. No more food issues and no worrying about bodily fluids in your meal.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder. 2 cars in front of me and they parked us all. Sat here for 30 minutes watching people get food after me realizing that they took my order off their screen to save their order times and completely forgot about it. Finally flagged someone down and waited 7 more minutes for my food.

I ordered my food at 11:02 AM arrived at McDonald’s at 11:17 AM. I was told my food was just received. That would be a couple minutes. When I did receive my food, it was wrong than what I ordered on the app. I said, excuse me, ma’am my food is wrong. She rolled her eyes at me because she was busy talking in the lobby to some boys. She told me I was being hostile and I need to calm down. I said ma’am I’m not being hostile can you please just fix my food? She told me if I ordered it wrong. There was nothing she could do about it rolled her eyes again and told me I was being hostile. I pulled the order up on my app and I shoulder and she came with a different receipt that didn’t even have my name on it And told me this is what I ordered. I said no ma’am here is my original receipt then she started saying I was being rude and hostile again I said ma’am, you were acting inappropriate to customers and if you don’t like your job, then you shouldn’t work at McDonald’s if you’re not a people person. You should not have employees that are rude to customers even when they have the correct receipt. Maybe you should consider who you hire there

In my experience with fast-food drive-throughs, I've consistently received exceptional service and engaging interactions from an employee named Ken. His customer service skills are truly outstanding, and I find myself anticipating the opportunity to interact with him at this particular location. The value Ken provides to McDonald's is significant and should be recognized.
