Food was fine, the app when I was driving picked the location near me. Which I thought I had mine set to home. It places at the wrong location I tried to cancel right away but would let me. I been trying to call the McDonald’s now for 2 days straight. Guess no one answers the phone. I need a refund please. Not sure how else to contact.

The worst experience by far that i have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant and that's saying something. The manager female maybe Latino or Arabic wearing the hair net was the rudest individual I've had the misfortune of dealing with to date. The verbal disrespect that flew out of her mouth was unmatched. I honestly cannot believe this horrific experience. She had absolutely no regard for anyone in the drive through line or their time.

This place is a nightmare! 4:36 in the afternoon and they have 5 cars pulled off to the side so they don't run up their clock but what about our clocks. Several people in there doing nothing just on their phones. Refuse to acknowledge me waving for assistance in the window. The manager finally came to the window with an a scowl on her face and the most unprofessional mouth full of hate and disrespect. I am completely appalled.

How hard is it to get an order right. It wasn't a special order, just 2 $5 meals, 1 McChicken and 1 McDouble, where is my McDouble, well it wasn't in my bag. Then I call twice,but nobody answers. It was a basic order, get it right Mcdonald's.
How can you be open 24 hours yet we come to the drive through and the manger on shift says it doesn’t open till 5 that is false advertisement saying you’re open 24 hours

I was just at This McDonald's at 4:57 AM I was told that they don't open till 5 AM I waited until 5 AM and when I went back up to the drive through they told me they needed 5 more minutes they should have told me that in the beginning this was very unprofessional!

Said they didn't have a double bacon quarter pounder tried charging me 2 dollars extra for the bacon and sat at the speaker with no cars even in the drive through for a while before they even said anything I just left

I don’t even know why I try over and over hoping that this place will change but it won’t. Rude staff that work there, food orders are always wrong, food is not good either over cooked or not cooked, or even better the drinks or fries are not full. Please don’t go here at all unless they hire new people who actually want to make money and not be snotty and lazy about it.

Absolutely horrible service. Very rude as if they are doing the customer a favor by taking an order in the drive through and very short and snippy when trying to place an order so much so I said nevermind and left. Used to be one of the best now just a carbon copy of the rest of the McDonald's in the downriver area not worth the time or money.
