By far the worst McDonald's downriver! Drive thru is slow, either busy or not. Rarely get the right minis or add condiments, either they forget or just dont care. Do yourself a favor and go to the Arby's next door.

Ordered a double quarter with cheese meal they gave me this single with a slap in the face in order to get a refund you must take back inside to refund so they can add to waste list or get on a list for next time horrible service this photo doesn’t even do justice of how bad that service was

Avoid this store at all costs. My family has had persistent issues with a worker in the drive through line who seems to have a vendetta against folks that come to the store to order. Perhaps its because he is unhappy with his job. We have also had an issue with the quality of food lacking with each visit that we have had recently. My mother and I ordered food this morning for breakfast, and she is now vomiting up her breakfast that she did not even get a chance to complete due to what we believe is food tampering done in store, I attempted to contact the store in order to talk with the manager to discuss the situation. My mother and I both were saying that our food tasted funny and so I picked around my food, but my mother attempted to eat hers and she tasted something nasty and bitter towards the middle of the sandwich. Now she is vomiting, and we have to call her doctor. Do not under any circumstance eat food here and do not buy food from this store for your children as well. They serve old food and if an employee is going as far as to tamper with food in order to make it inedible, then that also poses a safety risk and a danger for other patrons looking to eat at the store. I am working on my complaint to their corporate headquarters because I truly believe that it's time that this store is shut down. Food tampering is unacceptable. We paid for our food and we deserve better than this. At this point, my family and I are done with takeout/pick up ordering. It's not worth it, especially if our health is being compromised by an employee. I would hate for this food tampering to happen to someone who may have a disability or chronic illness because the effect could be extremely dangerous.

We arrived at 10:09 am on a Sunday. A customer who pulled ahead of the line was getting at least 4 bags of breakfast when we drove to the drive through. So, we figured they were a bit behind after producing all that food for one car. Receipt printed at 10:16. One other customer was in line in front of us. We received our food at 10:26. The worker handed us a coffee, which we didn't order. Oh! We ordered orange juice. We got a small bag with a Sausage McMuffin. We ordered an Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Oh! They hand us the Egg Mc Muffin, hash browns and smoothie. Then, we got the Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Then, we got the orange juice. She told us to have a nice day, and I asked for a receipt. Oh! We looked at the receipt, and they charged a la carte. Most stores will turn the 3 items into a meal, so I believe we were way over charged. Then they acted surprised when I handed them the credit card. Oh!
CLOSE DOWN IF YOURE GONE TO BE RUDE TO UR CUSTOMERS VERY RUDE STAFF EMPLOYEE THREW BAG ACROSS COUNTER IF YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE STAY HOME SOMEONE ELSE COULD HAVE THAT JOB EVEN THE MANAGER WAS RUDE VERY RUDE WAS TRYING TO ACCUSE ME OF STEALING MY OWN FOOD

Sat in drive thru for 25 min. Was the only one on that side of line. Eventually drove up to drive thru after witnessing a man receive coffee. After it was my turn I pulled up the boy looked at me and said we don’t have coffee. What he didn’t know is my coworker apparently was behind me as well. When getting to work my coworker said, “oh I got coffee!” So I was denied coffee after waiting forever and lied to. This establishment is out of line and out of order!

I actually frequently visit this chain-multiple locations- for a snack, meal, or even just a coffee. This Northline Rd location, in Southgate MI, had some of the most RUDE employees working today! It's pathetic to have attitudes like we were given inside any place of business.

Update: went there agian to give it another chance this time I was there early 9:50pm through drive thru there is 3 cars ahead of us..we waited 10min no one was moving or taking orders…we drove up to the cars ahead of us they have been waiting longer than us..no workers said anything to us..we tried calling no one answered..knocked on doors to speak with workers but nothing..
If your not opening 24hrs plz let us know your hours****
I went to this place cause it says it’s 24hrs..Monday night Around 10:30-11pm went to drive through and they said they closed but I see so many cars and people just hanging out there..and just said yeah we are closed for
