The hostess at the front is rude, I haven’t even gotten my table yet because there is a wait but this girl talks about ppl as the are coming in. I don’t like that, very unprofessional

Was singlehandedly one of the worst dinning experiences we've ever had to start of as we entered the girlwoouldnt even acknowledge us and raised her voice to a coworker and told him and I quote " do your job I'm on break" and gave us the side eye! And then we were seated and noticed ( now this may have been just me overthinking) each section was a different ethnicity like they were seating us accordingly. And then after all that never even came to take a drink order or even check on us we waited for 20 min. Then left with not even a have a nice evening. Not sure how it is any other night of the week but this shift would definitely stay away from!

Do not recommend! Used to love going to Olive Garden, was always a top choice of mine when dining out but after the last couple times of having them it’s been mediocre. The food quality has gone down. Service is never friendly, almost uncomfortable to walk in as feeling judged by employees (not a good feeling walking into a business we loved). After trying out a few of our local Downriver small family ran Italian restaurants, I suggest going there. Prices are equal, all offer the same products and all have higher quality ingredients, go check one of them out instead of a chain place where even as a weekly guests you still aren’t known or disregarded, we checked out a local Italian place and within a couple weeks of going the employees and business knew us and welcomed us like friends and family, 4 years of constantly visiting Olive Garden and only one server knew us (she was only there a few months), now we just feel like a ticket number.

The food is so mediocre! Ugh. Soup and salad is your best bet. Entrees are so overpriced for what you get.
And 4.99 for a little plate of sauce to dip your bread???! Rip off!
Waitstaff is good though.

It was a lovely Saturday night until everything went bad when this manager showed unprofessional attitude towards us when I ask her if she really wanted to charge us for the appetizer after we complained about the food me and my wife ordered was so salty that we couldn’t eat. She said she could take them all off the bill but with a big frowned face and walked away. Apologized without sincerity. We felt so mistreated in the restaurant we loved to eat almost every weekend. But not anymore. Don’t want to deal with a manager that is so rude and doesn’t deserve to be one. She had the guts to charge us $13.77 instead of showing us how sorry she was about the food. What a shame. $13.77 is nothing if only she showed us a little respect.
The food was great; as was the service with Cynthia P, she pays attention to detail even extremely busy and has a great sense of humour. Since many people and their children have no concept of manners or consideration for others it is frequently exceedingly noisy.
Kid-friendliness: It is so kid friendly that staff are not allowed to ask parents to contain their children when said children are dangerously running around the restaurant unsupervised. Just imagine a tray full of food and dishes landing on a small child because the parents decided to neglect their child? Those same parents would sue the restaurant in a heartbeat when any such incident is their fault.
