Employees and manager were very rude from the start when we walked in. Server was far from friendly and acted annoyed when we asked for anything. Not worth your time or money to come here!

Curbside. Pasta was a not warm. Bread was not warm. Maybe because it was pickup and it got ready a little sooner than they thought so the food cooled off. Anyway microwave in hotel fixed that. Then it was delicious and tasted like Good Ol' Olive Garden. Love the salad.

Came in today and was seated by waitress Emily. We were sat by a family with a crying child. We ordered 70$ of food. Saw my waitress a total of 2 times. After over an hour of not getting our food or any refills we asked another nicer waitress for help. Emily immediately did blamed their cooks for being slow and then never apologized. We asked for the food to go and then immediately paid on the kiosk. Was told to get soup to go we'd be charged extra. Then five minutes later she brought us hot trays of food and soup to go. Got home and the tortellini was obviously soggy and hard at same time as if scooped off a hot plate that has been sitting for over an hour. Disgusting. It was my friends birthday and we did not want to embarrass him, so we did not bring this to management. Friend never even got the appetizer ordered either! Ridiculously bad service. Saw the manager walk by at least three times without even asking if we were ok, given we only ever had soup in front of us. I've been a line cook at places like this. don't blame them for bad service!

Went here with my daughter and my granddaughter and while the waiter was serving our drinks, a glass of ice water fell over on his tray and soaked my 2 year old granddaughter from head to toe! She screamed because it was obviously shockingly cold! As they were apologetic, there was no compensation offered! Good thing she had a change of dry clothes with her but sat there with wet hair while we tried to eat our meals! Very disappointing! After we left we called and talked to a manager and they gave us a $40 gift card, still not good enough after thinking about how upset my granddaughter was! Should not have had to ask for some type of compensation!

Just so many better options out there for pasta. I love the soup and salad though. For the cost go to a true Italian resturant. If you like pasta like you make at home and don't want to cook then this is your place.
Very average at best. We had not been to Olive garden in quite some time. The salad seemed limp and not fresh. To much dressing that lacked flavor. Our noodle dish was not piping hot. Seemed as though it was standing around or premade.. the food was average. Just not great. Service was good. Restaurant was fine.
Save your time and money, spent over 40 dollars for some chicken Alfredo that had very chewy chicken and barely any sauce, basically had a big bowl of plain noodles for dinner. Olive Garden is rubbish, not going back.
