Rams Horn has the best food in the area and a very kind and attentive staff. They have a great a selection of deserts and appetizers and their fish is some of the best around.

Best breakfast this side of the Mississippi - the only regret here is that they do not offer much along the lines of Gluten Free Breads. I understand for some they may need totally separate cooking areas - they did say if I bring the bread they can toast.

For a stereotypical American breakfast-type chain restaurant, the food is pretty good and consistent. I've never had any real issues with my orders and IF there was a mistake it was always minor and corrected immediately with an apology and a smile.
The atmosphere is a bit nostalgic which is part of the charm for me personally. It feels old school and comforting which is nice in a fast-paced world.
The customer service is really why I'm here to write this review though. Having frequented this place so much to the point where a few of the servers know exactly who I am and what I want (lol), it's still always a pleasant interaction and warm smiles all around. If I ever move, I will sincerely miss this place.

My husband used to order from there all the time, even when they messed up his order he still continue to go there when he finally had enough and complained about it and trying to nicely talk to the management management will not allow him to finish his conversation and kept cutting him off when I tried calling management very nicely. She continues to cut me off then she rudely hung up the phone. There is no customer service at this location and it should be shut down. The phone call happened October 21, 2024 at 1 o’clock so the young lady that was on management duty at that time she is an issue.
