The food was not as tasty as usual. It seemed stale tasting. The waitress was very helpful and moved us when the customer next to us was being rude watching stuff on her phone super loud. The inside of the building was clean but old and musty-like. We lost our hometown RL to a fire and decided to try this one, sadly we probably won't return here.

The bartender served us on Christmas Day and her service was excellent red lobster’s red lobster if you’ve never been before then you might not know what you’re getting but if you’ve been before, it was red lobster. The atmosphere was red lobster and they were kind enough to be open on Christmas Day.

Came in on a Monday at 7:45. There was only three tables in the entire restaurant Brandi. Our server only made it over to us to finally give us biscuits. We sat there for about 18 minutes. She never took our drink order or anything so we decided to walk out I will not be back to this location.

I remember Red lobster being a lot nicer to eat at. Of course I was a lot younger back then and thought that Red lobster was a fancy restaurant. Now that I'm older it's not exactly what I would consider to be a fancy restaurant. Based on the food which I give maybe a six or seven out of 10 based on the fact that it's supposed to be a restaurant that prepares seafood I thought it would taste a lot better and be a lot better because that was like their specialty. But I guess you get what you pay for I put it right around the equivalent of maybe Applebee's people there were really nice and the service was all right 8 and 1/2 out of 10 for service but I don't think they put a whole lot of money into the place anytime recently because it looks the same as it's looked for a long time.......it's starting to look a little rundown. Crab cakes are still awesome rest of the food especially crab and shrimp kind of had a muddy aftertaste. To spend $140 plus tip for two people to eat I don't expect Gordon Ramsay style food but better than what we received. I'm a little disappointed.

We had a good time. Brandy was really sweet and helpful pointing us in the right direction for a delicious drink it's as beautiful as a snow globe. Our food was also delicious and the biscuits warm and soft and yummy. Recommend you visit the Red lobster in Southgate.
