The place was not busy and we still had to wait 20ish mins to be seated. Once seated we didn't recieve our "bread" until after the 2 tables that were sat after us. Other than that food was good and our waitress was nice. My autistic son enjoyed the tank of lobsters. Customer service needs to be a bigger priority here that was a huge disappointment for me.

We went for my daughter's birthday dinner. The food was quite disappointing for portion size to quality. The cole slaw was sour and fish overcooked
My girls love Red Lobster. Tonight we went for their birthday dinner (12 &8). We waited ~25 minutes to be sat, &an additional ~20 before our server even came to our table. No biggie, it's a busy Sunday. When we finally began to order, we were told this restaurant was out of multiple things we wanted to order including popcorn shrimp &crab legs. The 2 things my girls wanted. Our server was apologetic- it's not her fault so we were understanding. We made the decision to go elsewhere. Why wouldn't anybody say anything in the ~45 minutes we waited that this restaurant was out of multiple things? 😒

The GM did reach out to me &was apologetic- sounded very sweet &understanding. I was offered a digital coupon, however I never received it.

HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money here, they don't care at all.
We ordered dinner, waited 10 minutes before a 20 minute drive to pick it up curbside. My partner called to say he arrived and they kept him on hold for 8 minutes until they came back and said they're waiting on biscuits. He waited even longer. I am sick and my meal was a simple coconut shrimp appetizer. Not complicated to pack up whatsoever along with his fish and chips and a salmon dinner for my friend (that the chef DOUSED with salt. I took a bite myself, it was basically inedible). I then called to report these issues and they told me they're too busy (on a Monday night at 7pm well past any dinner rush lol) to deal with me and they will call back "later... Like way later if you're even still awake" - verbatim from the hostess' mouth. Didn't offer a replacement or a refund, just blatantly let me go without dinner and did ZERO to mend the situation.

Our dinners were great. The salmon was excellent. Our server, Jill, was awesome.

Some friends and I went to the red lobster to do the all you can eat shrimp, The waitress was helpful and very nice. The only downside to the restaurant was that when I asked for hot sauce? It was spoiled and I put it on my food. I can smell the spoilness of the hot sauce. I mentioned it to the young lady and she was willing to compensate me, but I told her don't worry about it. Hopefully, I'll be okay. Ate a few more pieces and decided I didn't want it, The baked potato was fine. then unfortunately other. People that was with me was complaining about their food being cold and not properly prepared. So the lady i spoke with about the hotsauce kind of got a attitude with me and walked away and never returned, minutes
later a manager approached. She spoke with my friend about their situation. But I wanted to explain to her the experience I had with the hot sauce and with Her waitress getting the attitude with me because I told her they shouldn't be serving Spoiled hot sauce and that hotsauce sauces should always be refrigerated after they are opened. It almost seemed as if the manager didn't want to hear anything. I had to say, cause I had to actually ask Her to look at me while I'm talking to her. So I don't think I will be returning to this red lobster. Now that they're serving customer's spoiled condiments. Now she was nice enough to reimburse us the bill which we Appreciate, but attitude should not be accepted when someone is speaking to the waitress or staff.
Cailey and Marisa are the best bartenders in Detroit!! They are awesome everytime we come in! From the long island lady
