Placed a door dash pickup order, arrived 18 minutes later to find the employee that was supposed to be taking orders laying on the couch in the dining area with a pile of unread tickets behind the counter, and my order not even started despite arriving 10 minutes after door dash said my order was ready. Smoothie was good tho.

The smoothie is great but the customer service I receive when I enter the store is terrible. It’s as if the workers don’t want to be there. There are no smiles, no greetings. Just a simply what do you want. Here’s your order and bye. Please find better staff. Idk her name but she’s a black female with light brown hair and she wears black crocs. Look at the picture and please find better staff. Also I’m not sure the procedure for making sure the fruit is clean but I watched her grab strawberries from the back and rinse them out in the sink then chop the fruit into my bowl. Overall I will find another location. My money deserves better overall

Ordered at least 15 minutes arriving giving me enough time to get my food and get to work on time. I arrive for my order and they just start making my order, which made me late for work. I asked why the order was not premade and I was given the excuse. She was running late and just got there.

This is by far the best Smoothie King in the area! They get it! Very consistent! Always delicious and blended very well! Great customer service!

I order on the app for a delivery. Received a text order was on the way and never came called 45 min later and who ever I spoke with stated 3 different people came to get from Uber eats and then told me to take it up with Uber eats and hung up. I used delivery through there app I never used Uber eats. Tried to call back and no one would answer. I can't get anyone at Uber or at Smoothie King.
