Waited 20minutes in the line with 1 car in front of me.. after nearly gmanagement almost driving off, I got to the window finally. . SPENT 15 MORE minutes waiting for my order fix. Literally a single sandwich.

I ordered smasher burger combo but the fries weren’t really fresh I asked the lady on the speaker could I get fresh fries no response I saw her took a break not even addressing any of my concerns but the guy who served the meal was kind around 3pm aug 5th 2025

Went through the drive thru to get a sonic smasher and tots. The burger they gave me was not a smasher but two undercooked regular patties and the bun was soaked in grease. The tots were so salty I had to toss them. Super disappointed tonight.

Good was good, had the new grillos smasher...though I was disappointed that there was a tiny smudge of the dill ranch, no crispy pickles and only one grillos pickle..but other than that it was good.

I'm so tired of the absolutely terrible food and service from these local Sonics. I would blame the employees, but it falls back to a horrible franchisee. They have terrible management. Never will I waste my money on this abomination again. It goes for all of the local Sonics. Just trash. Cold food. Wrong items. Drinks made without any flavoring at all. Too much to list.

Literally the only person there and they messed up my entire order. Being nice doesn’t make up for incompetence. Spent 35$ and half my order is missing. I’d go back but it’s snowing like crazy right now so instead of going back I called and got no answer after three different times calling. You can’t even leave a message. Don’t bother stopping here it’s garbage.

Guys, not kidding, they got everything pretty much wrong. All my flavored waters but two were wrong, they gave me freaking tater tots instead of fries!!! Tater freaking tots!!!! Now maybe, just maybe, I'd be okay with the tots if they gave me sauce. But Nooooooo, I can't have sauce either. I'm pretty disappointed to say the absolute least. Also, the chicken tenders were bite sized, kinda upset. I'm literally listening to Weizer to try and calm down right now. Only thing that made the experience better was our food delivery guy, Dylan.
