Seem to be a regular was told the name jim or tim idk not going back
Regulars should not be allowed to be creepy to customers and staff just saying

Is there a dark spot in here? Tone down the lights! Sheesh! Not to be dramatic, but I can feel the heat of the halogen light above me.

Food....where do I start...You can NOT go wrong with any item on the menu...burgers are, to me, always cooked as ordered.

Every employee I have had serve me over the last few years has been top notch! Someone certainly does their homework with hiring staff.

This was my first time at this location.

Awful service. I've never gone to a place where everyone around us gets their food and we end up waiting for an hour. The people that came in AFTER us got their food. I think I know what happened here and it is ugly.

My sandwich was bigger than I expected, pic doesnt do it justice. We got food for work and everyone seemed to enjoy it and said it was a lot of food. I love the cole slaw and the fries were good.

Was excited to stop by ordered a plain pretzel burger with cheese and bacon friends ordered apps and a steak. burger was received wrong with onions waited 5 mins for someone to ask to fix it and finally get silverware for steak that was brought out with none after a few more minutes I was brought back the same burger with just the onions removed after telling them I can't have onions was given a reaction of being my fault for wanting my order correct and not being able to eat onions so we asked for it to be removed from bill. When handed the bill it still has everything on it and they charged me for it and still shows the wrong amount charged
