Got here 10 min before close and doors are locked. Employees saw me and just looked away. If you close at 9 then you close at 9. Ridiculous.

ordered 2 footlong subs and 2, 6 inch subs, ALL the subs were broke in half , made so sloppy my clients couldn’t even eat them, everything fell out, on 2 of the subs I ordered only meat lettuce and black olives, they put so many black olives you couldn’t see anything else, And the other 2 had things on them that was not ordered not to mention so much dressing that the sub stuck together it was so soggy, I ordered and payed for more meat and it didn’t have it , I order 3 times a week from subway and I now will go to another subway this one has went downhill in this last year

Their prices are higher than any other subway which that should not be that it needs to be the same price as all the other subways! And they need to change their attitude towards customers and be more friendly Or they don’t need to be having a business if you don’t know how to treat your customers then learn to!

A Friday afternoon not sure who the man and woman are working at 445pm. The guy said not 1 word to me while making my sandwich ok no problem but then he kept leaving 5 times in middle of making food no change of gloves. Still ok ppl have a bad day I've been there...when it was time to ring my order up the man left again ok still no prob but after a few mins bc the girl had some food to ring up ppl that were behind me.. when the guy came back after 5 mins of me standing there just trying to pay the girl was about 2 inches away from his face for a good 30 seconds rudely telling him he needed to ring the ppl behind me up first he said I'm ringing her up she stormed off very unprofessional but maybe the poor guy was having a bad day or new. So I asked for my receipt let out a loud "uggh" what a burden to tear a piece of receipt paper. That girl sure wasn't a team player she was very aggressive I don't even think a course in customer service could help those two I hate leaving bad reviews it was a terrible experience especially considering how expensive food is these days I was so nice still and they said not a word just stormed off no thank you or have a nice day ...Oh and the churro was absolutely awful cold no flavor

Vegetarian options: You can make your own sub with whatever you want on it but I'd suggest a different location based on my 2 experiences at this one on fort Street southgate

There is a male employee who doesn't seem to enjoy his job and lacks a customer service attitude. Almost as if he's irritated to make your food. Very short and disrespectful. After asking my wife to repeat herself 3 times because he couldn't hear her I took over the order, the reason he couldn't hear her was the fact he had his apple airpods in and can't see over the counter. Respectfully, retrain employees on cross contamination, a simple camera review will reveal quite a bit......
