Worst Taco Bell ever!!!

Waited 30+ minutes for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. They had a restaurant full of frustrated people and they’re laughing and joking in the back. Unfortunately not the first time. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Surprisingly quick for actually placing my order inside. I beat the car that would've been right infront of me. That's never happened before at taco bell. They usually prioritize the drive through, but this one was different! 👍

Im so tired of the robot stuff. I don't want to order at a kiosk. I don't want to talk to a computer. I want to talk to a person.
And don't you DARE say it is to keep costs down! for who? not me fast food is already unreasonably priced. getting any fast food is a miserable experience but this is too much. I don't want to come back to what is turning into a machine

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Went through the drive-through at 9 AM. I asked Sherri F if they could please mark the steak crunch wraps (also ordered sausage ones) so I don’t have to disassemble them to find out what they are. In a very snotty way, she said we “always” mark them and as a matter fact, they don’t “always” mark them. After that I was then told there was a 30 minute wait on steak. I proceeded to get a refund asked for a copy of the refund receipt and Sherri F copped a major attitude and specifically stated that we don’t give refund receipts. So I took a picture of the refund receipt that she refused to give me and then her attitude really changed for the worse. Completely unprofessional and this is not the first time she has been rude to me and my son. This Taco Bell blows.

Drive through wasn’t moving for 10 minutes, came inside as I placed a mobile order. Made me wait an additional 15 minutes inside while the drive through continued to move. No idea what’s happened to this Taco Bell but since 2022 it’s fallen off a cliff. The manager gave me a talk about not coming in for a drive through mobile order before talking to two other workers about his cats.

I’ll never step foot in this Taco Bell again.
