Literally a 1 hour wait with 3 cars in front of me in the drive through. 8:40-9:50. Could not leave because I was blocked in.

What is wrong with the people who work here please close down this location until you can operate

Terrible taco bell staff is always super slow and complain they are busy and short staffed. Once waited in drive thru for a hour and only had a few cars in front of me. They were taking 10 plus minutes to take ppls orders in the drive thru. And I had no choice but to wait because I placed a mobile order for drive thru and could not cancle on the app.

Tiana the lady at the window on night shift is excellent she was very fast had great customer service even though a 2 am rush there was 7 cars in front of me she made me feel very much appreciated and welcome as a customer definitely coming back soon

Probably the slowest Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. Your average wait time here is about 20 minutes. Do NOT come at night either, they will sell you the hard dried up food that’s been sitting for hours so that they don’t have to cook more, and if they don’t have it on hand they’ll give you the worst attitude and make you wait even longer for making them have to cook. You also don’t speak to anyone here, the AI will very slowly take your order at the drive thru and ask 100 questions while doing it, and if you go inside to order they’ll just stare at you and point to a self ordering kiosk like you’re an idiot for assuming that people still talk to each other.

This Taco Bell location stunk. They advertise on TV there speciality boxes. No where in the commercial do they say you have to pre order. My daughters waited for a lousy 3 people order 30 minutes. Then was told she couldn't get the speciality boxes.
