this was terrible, my entire quesadilla burnt i couldn't even eat it, unseasoned cold fries, i got spicy potato soft taco and the potatoes were so hard as well as they put a crap ton of chipotle sauce on it disgusting. 0/10 especially because I WORK AT A TACOBELL not how you treat customers food at all.

I honestly hate to make such a review however, the woman with black shorter hair has never failed to make my experience nothing short of terrible. She is constantly just rude and on top of that she never gives me my change back. Not sure why she keeps the extra change but it’s frustrating. The food is good the service is not great.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years the morning and day shift people are all cool but this lady that works the night shift short black hair heavy set woman is always rude and doesn’t give change back unless asked this has happened more than once to me and people I know she needs to be fired !!!

My order always wrong , 2 nights in a row they mess up my food . If that was my store someone if not everyone is getting fired

So let me set the scene. I walk in to order my food at the kiosk and long story less long, It was a decent wait which was fine cause it was a long line at the drive thru, no problem. Eventually, the lady throws a bag across the counter and turns around while it’s still sliding. I wait for a little bit because I couldn’t believe she would throw food at me and not even mention it may be my order. So I ask if it’s mine because the name on the bag was not the name I entered at the kiosk. She asks if it’s my name on the bag, I say not the name I entered, she says then it’s not yours. So I look closer at the receipt and sure enough, it’s my order. Horrible service and they couldn’t care less about the disrespect. I don’t expect top tier service, it’s Taco Bell and they prolly hate their job. But have some decency for people spending their money! At no point was I rude or inpatient. Never going back here again. I hope they find better people to be the face of the brand. Not a good look.

Just got done leaving and will never be back to this location. After being told someone would be with us, we 10 minutes at the drive thru to get waited on, while we watched two other vehicles get their orders taken at the other speaker box, and move on though. After about 10 minutes, we asked if anyone was going to take our order, and no one responded. So we decided to leave, but because of the horrible drive through design, you can't get out. We had to wait another 10 minutes behind the vehicle that was at the window. It wasn't busy, there's no reason for them to be so slow. Night crew sucks and I hope they all get fired. Oh, ps. You need to clean your pop machine, it always smells like poop which means it's harboring harmful bacteria. Gross.

Went here tonight and the lady manager was rude as hell. She ignored customers trying to ask her questions, and was even rude to me. I was waiting for my order and she says to me “Staring at me isn’t going to make your food done any faster”. I definitely won’t be going back to this Taco Bell unless they get better staff who actually know how customer service works. I feel sorry for her that she has to be that rude to customers.
