Ordered a meal that came in a box and while eating my nachos, there was a small roach climbing on the outer part of the bag. I wanted to call and speak to a manager, not to ask for money back or anything but just to make sure they were aware of the situation and he hung up on me. Will never go back to this location.

I recently tried your blk beans & rice. The was just under $3.00, I thought that wasn't bad price. Till I got home & took it out of the bag. Really, maybe a half cup total if that. Was gonna be my dinner, since I'm cutting back. I don't think it was child portion. We know how cheap rice & beans are. Than to do this ridiculous. Never again, your going down hill on quality, quantity and over charging. 👎

My usual morning stop, though I don't think I'll be going to this store anymore. RACHEL B who is usualy the morning drive thru order & window person, always answer with a attitude tone to her voice and she always seems to be trying to push people through quickly as if there's a line. I don't believe she's ever happy or doesn't have the ability to at least fake it.

I waited in line for 15 minutes and was ignored. I said "hello?" she gave me an attitude and was very rude. She said "Yeah there's other orders that are inside that came before you." Like I've been sitting here for 15 minutes. This is literally fast food. Then I waited another 5 minutes, and she came back and said "It's gonna be another 15 minutes until I can take your order." So you expect me to be in line for 30 total minutes for fast food. I'm on my lunch at school. Now I had to starve. You know that this actually ruined my day. Also I'd like to add I know exactly the woman who it was. She ALWAYS is rude. Not even just today. Fire her and hire someone more competent. I am beyond upset. I have been craving Taco Bell all day. Thanks a lot.

My chicken was fried so hard, I couldn't chew it. I took it back and they replaced them and gave me extra. They were nice about it.

Dear dive through operators, I want you to know you have no screen in the online order lane. So after you have established the person in that lane has an online order, don't ask them to look at the screen and then proceed to argue with them that there is a screen.

Went here for a late night snack got there at 12:50 sat till about 1:50 because I was stuck in the line and they never said a word to me they just kept taking the mobile order line i ended up pulling. Forward and not even ordering because I didn’t even want it anymore!!! And waited another 20 minutes for them to get the 2 cars ahead of me that both had one thing on it!Make a new parking lot so people can leave if you don’t want to do your job and get peoples orders

I like taco Bell, also the white girl with piercings there is an absolute vibe. Me n my cousin was watching a movie in there at 2am just vibing, very relaxing and comfortable place.
