2 stars. Using the app to order. The app is easy to use but the internal server for this location is ALWAYS down. It'd be great to be able to order. Even if the wait time was increased a couple minutes. So far the staff that we've encounted have been nice. The only complaint is the server.

Taco Bell us always good, please bring back the cheese enchilada!
When I go to Taco Bell, I always try to go in and order. Most of the time, I have to check the bag to make sure I ordered 3 Taco Supreme. About 75% of the time, I end up getting just 3 plain tacos. I go back to the register and show the mistake they made. They correct the order and they say I can keep the regular tacos. I hate using the drive thru, cause if I make it home and check it there. It feels like I was robbed.
Taco Bell isn't exactly fully authentic when it comes to Mexican food, but some of the menu items are still pretty good, such as the Doritos Locos Tacos, and especially the Crunchwrap Supreme, which is a good size for the price. Service can be hit or miss sometimes, but that is to be expected with any fast food restaurant these days.2023 update: I came back here after the new remodel. I'm not a fan of their new indoor kiosk ordering system. You are encouraged to use these kiosks when ordering inside the building. I paid cash for my order over credit card and it took longer than expected for just a few items. The food and service were good, but I think I'll just stick to the drive thru for this establishment from now on. Taco Bell corporate needs to rethink their indoor ordering strategy because the traditional method of ordering from the counter was far better.

Had issues with how my food was made. But, the kids that was working. Was amazing and fixed it right away. While the older gentleman said that they don't remake food. No matter how horrible that it is. So, thanks to the young guy that didn't listen and remake my food and my autistic sons taco.

Unhappy with one of the workers. They had a bad day. I'm assuming I hate to call management and let them know she was not a good person to have working with the customers. The food was amazing as always. Will still go back there. I hope the employee can get the help she needs.
