This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The orders are made accurately and timely. The staff is friendly and Sue is especially great at her job.

Had an Uber eats order hours at this location is til 3am , I was there at 2:30am workers still there but decided to close on their own also had a rude employee shout out the drive thru window while I was trying to cancel my delivery . Not happy with this location at all.

Ordered a combo and a bowl.
“New employee” didn’t ring me up for a combo- (I was informed when I tried to correct what I was handed) fine.
But my grilled cheese burrito was the size of a taco- and wrapped in a cantina burrito wrapper- so I asssumed it was wrong and asked.
The woman at the window told me that my order was right and when I said that I REALLY don’t think it was because it was so small and the packaging was different- she just walked away, and another woman who I would assume is the manager- Jessica appeared.
She did not try to resolve the situation, she just simply argued with me and when i kept saying “nope, this cannot possibly be correct”, and opened the burrito and showed her that there were 6 teeny tiny pieces of beef and that was unacceptable, she just kept arguing. I literally said “I’m trying to be as polite about this as possible but this isn’t a $7 burrito.” She looked back at me with a smug look on her face and said “well you’re not *being* very polite.” She never once offered to remake it properly, just stood by it being made correctly, and eventually gave a refund (the burrito was 6.99 but she gave me $7 which I thought was quite funny because I had emphasized that it was a “seven dollar burrito”)
This woman should not be in customer service.

Took my students to a trip to this Taco Bell location, and the manager, Suzy, and Victor, were amazing! They were fast, efficient, and helped the students count their change and were very patient with them. Suzy went out of her way to help each and every one of us and had a positive attitude towards all of us. 5/5 great experience! I never wrote a review before either, but in this scenario I have too because I wanted to let whoever is Suzy and victors boss know they have amazing employees!

I’m a bit of a regular here as it’s on my way home from work; most of the crew is incredibly nice but they have a manager there that constantly messes up orders and whenever I go back to let them know and ask for it to be fixed she has a horrible attitude and immediately assumes I’m coming back for free food. “Well did you check the receipt?” Really think it’s time you find a new manager for this location.
