Ordered a breakfast wrap specifically with no meat after double checking they didn’t have any non pork meat options. I tipped, I was nice. I don’t know what I did wrong. My wrap has triple the normal amount of meat. Sausage and bacon. It felt very targeted. It was not busy at the time either.

delicious food but the service was terrible. they threw trash and old timbits at me while calling me slurs i've never even heard before. in the bathroom there were 3 wasp nests and it was swarming with cockroaches the size of my hand. photos below were my drink and a picture through my straw. i thought it looked cool. Any way. Would visit again 10/10

I’ve tried to give this specific Tim’s multiple try’s however each time I go there they forget to give me my whole order and usually get the drink wrong which is crazy bc it’s a simple caramel iced latte. They even pulled me around the building this time to get me off their drive thru timing bc they went to hand me an iced cap and I told them I ordered a latte but they didn’t forget to charge me for the latte and the two donuts I didn’t receive either.

Will drive the extra five minutes or more for a different Tims store. 9/10 times I stop here for coffee it is absolutely disgusting. Tastes old and definitely can’t measure creamer as the coffees always super bitter and nowhere near a double double that I ask for. The service speaks for itself if you look at the other reviews and pictures of food people post from here. Bunch of kids working who do not care. Management clearly doesn’t care as you can NEVER get through to them via their phone number and it always says “voicemail box full”. No one ever answers. In addition, the quality of their food and drinks doesn’t change either. Wasted my time and money. Coffees totally undrinkable. Do yourself the favor and drive to the next one.

Love oreo iced capps..southgate location never gets it right..different version everytime...call me Karen but why am I asking for whip cream top when it is supposed to have it..and don't forget the oreo crumbs...consistent service is so lacking

Easily the worst Tom Hortons downriver. I always try again in hopes that it'll be better since it's close to my work. Nope today was my last straw. Why does your coffee consistently taste OLD and gross?!? I frequent Tim Hortons often, different locations & this location specifically- your coffee never tastes like the others. Down the drain it goes. Don't waste your time or money here, go to another closer one.

The website said dine in hours until 8 PM. The employees come to our table at 7 PM and told us we have to leave in about 15 minutes that they were closing up the dine in. There was 5 people in there.

Ordered a coffee and some food in the drive through. Was given my coffee and told to pull into the parking lot while they made my food. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes with no food. My order was not even started and forgot about until I walked in.
