Today Mandy was awesome she was soo nice, kind and respectful. The food was awesome and My drink was perfectly made.

This last experience at this Tim Hortons was absolutely terrible. After coming home, about 4 minutes away, this is what my Ice Cappuccino looks like and it tastes horrible. My bad experience started at the microphone, after saying my order, I heard a mumble, then after I couldn’t make it out I responded “that will be it thank you!” in return, I hear “I told you to move forward”. As I go to the window, I receive all of my things without one of the workers saying a word, I realize I have all my things so I respond “thank you!” as I start to drive away, I hear them mock my response. I work in the service industry, so I understand having to snap back at rude customers, but my interaction wasn’t rude at all. I am very upset and would rather drive 10 minutes down the street to get different service and quality drinks.

Mark B was super helpful, patient and respectful, even when multi tasking he was able to take my order, fix an issue at hand, apologized about the inconvenience and made my order, even if it was just an ice coffee, the point is even though I took forever to order one item.. I will be coming back.

I went here came in the door stood there for over 10 min! As I’m standing there I look back in the kitchen are and there are eggs sitting out.i look up and the ceiling tiles are missing Still no one took my order or even acknowledge I was there so I walked out! Be careful eating at this location! I would give them zero stars!
Veronica is a very hard work and love how she smiles and very Dedicated to her job and always moving doing something need more people like her greattt job keep up the good work

Horrible service..never get the item right..smart mouth kids running it..sent email to customer service and they dont care, all i got back was a lazy response...Will stop goin to any location...my money is paying them..not anymore...

This is usually my go to spot but lately the service has been rude they are too busy talking about personal stuff at the window and then asked for a sleeve we got an attitude like we was bothering them. They proceeded to talk with the window open while we waited for food my husband mentioned we still were waiting for our food and she said yeah I know, I’m waiting and rolled her eyes. It’s just like I get you want to chat at work but maybe not when you have customers?

Bunch of little kids working there very unprofessional laughing while taking my order over the drive through I ordered a drink they couldn't get it right three times because they were laughing in the background. Got to the window they're still laughing and playing on their phones. No customer service no professionalism. I would be embarrassed if I owned this location. I Got my drink and took the first sip... it was straight sugar that entered my mouth. Unbelievable. Hire professional workers. All my neighbors in the area say the same thing about this location. Trash.
Reasonable prices. Got a half dozen donuts in 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees for under 20 bucks
I usually don’t like to leave reviews like this but this has happened so many times here… the girls working are always an uncomfortable experience, the food and drinks are not right…. We pulled in and they weren’t paying attention while ordering because they couldn’t stop talking, when we went to the window, they looked at us and started laughing so loud and just walked away which was super uncomfortable and it felt like we were just being laughed at … the two girls were complaining about having to clean, my sandwhich had burned steak , the panini was barely even on the panini press, they were rude and ignored us most of the time. The girl who made our drink was nice but the drink was also super low, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t happen all of the time. I wasted my money and I won’t be going back there, and I will make sure to let everybody know how each experience I’ve had here makes me feel like I’m wasting my money and like the girls there are judging and being unprofessional .

Ordered ahead online. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Missing 3 items on my order. 1 item was so incorrect. Complained online and asked for a refund. That was the last time I visit this location as this was not the first time I've had issues here.
