Horrible customer service. Watered down coffee. Can’t get the amount of sugar and cream that was asked for, correct.

Here's the deal, this place is 2 blocks from me so I've gone daily to get coffee before work. I swear they dont know what a spoon is and you can be sure youll need to stir your coffee. Multiple times there's no one working in the morning. Lights are on but no ones home at 7am. Maybe the afternoon service is better but morning service needs serious overhaul and whoever manages that is clearly falling flat on their face.

Been waiting for a franchise owner or corporate response from this so called establishment for months....seems they don't care about customers just bottom line...that's a pathetic way to run a business

Just went through the drive through, ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and a donut. Donut was face down, at the bottom of the bag with the frosting stuck to the bottom. A 3 year old could've done a better job packing this bag.. I've worked in the food service industry for years, this is unacceptable.

They are NEVER open on time. And not just a couple minutes late. I tried to drive thru at 6:15am and they didn’t have staff? Or no one answers the drive thru. If they are open, the staff at the window is rude 9/10 times.Cars waiting and waiting in line and eventually drive off. Is anyone managing here?

When you pay almost 3 dollars for some got chocolate and they can't even fill the cups up. Smh. It won't let me post pictures but you people are a rip off. I could see stopping at 3/4 of a cup but this is under that.

I wish you people would listen when taking orders, every time i come up to get coffee you guys mess it up one way or another such as today i wanted coffee and got hot chocolate, if you cant hire competent workers then you need to pay them the minimum wage cause they obviously cant listen

Store is supposed to be open at 6. Rarely is it actually open at that time. Cones blocking the drive thru lane well past 6. Today employees showed up to open the store at 6:13.
My problem here is the same problem with the franchise in this area. The staff just doesn’t care.
I order hot chocolate and it isn’t mixed 50% of the time, and the other 50% of the time it’s just hot water.
and if it isn’t the drink, it’s the fact that the “toasted bagels” are never actually toasted or the sandwiches are made sloppily and haphazardly.
After dealing with this franchise’s garbage quality for two years, I give up. The only Tim Hortons I’ll be getting is when I go to Canada.
To the owners— get it together. Get into your stores, train your staff, and create a consistent experience for your customers.

My husband and I went to this Tim Hortons location on Saturday 11/16. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, there was no line. When I went to order, I asked the employee working for the chipotle steak wrap. She replied, “ I’m sorry. We don’t have any steak.” I then continued to order and asked for the Chipotle Chicken Wrap. She then replied, “ I’m sorry. We are out of chicken also.” At that point I decided on just ordering two coffees and Timbits. Surely they have those items... She then replied, “I’m so sorry. We only have 4 honey glazed timbits left.” - leaving this review to make management aware. Had I read the previous reviews, I guess our experience isn’t uncommon for this store.
