They need to pay their phone bill I just came from their site I paid for a sandwich with bacon and got bullshit two pieces of tiny little bacon I'll post a picture If you're going to increase the price at least add more food

The general manager is rude, throws things at her employees, screams at customers, doesn't know how to keep the store stocked on anything, and flat out doesn't deserve to have the job. The district manager is worse because he's well aware that she assults her employees and does nothing about it other than telling her to "clean house".

I can't believe the absolute rudness and degrading behavior I have received... wrong order then the manager had the nerve to ask me if I had even asked for it ... I'm on the brink of bringing charges for Harassment.

I wish there was any other category of rudeness i could give negative remarks for. Overall never had any bad experience except this one of the manager who is horrible, rude and hostile. Her behavior is exceptionally bad. No wonder i see mostly negative reviews here for rudeness and hostile behavior. It was my everyday place but not anymore. Done with this crappy behavior of one person which is ruining the whole establishment.

The other reviewers are right. One of the managers at this location gets hostile if you happen to have an issue with what you're paying(!!!) for. Every other Tim Hortons I've been to never had a problem understanding my order. She makes no effort to understand what you want. Only creates unnecessary confusion, negativity and awkwardness with her short temper. She will drive everyone away with this unwelcoming attitude. I feel so bad for the kids that work there.

My experience at this Tim Hortons today was terrible. They make mistakes often.

This time i said something. There shift manager is very rude. Made my sandwich (sausage egg and cheese on a english muffin) wrong 3 times then gave me attitude about it. Her reasoning was it was hard to hear me. (I have worked Fast Food before, if you truly can hear the customer you confirm at the window before getting it wrong and wasting the food. 3 times to make it correct makes no sense was nothing special). Which i know was not the reason because i told the drive thru casher as well as the person taking the orders at the box. They repeated it correctly back to me before telling her.
I asked to speak to the manager, cashier says that's who is making the sandwiches.

Manager comes to the window, tells me its really hard to hear you. We are trying out best. Closes the window in my face, not so much as an apologie. I sat there for a minute trying to understand how someone could be so rude.

She comes back to the window even ruder than before. I asked for her managers info. She says she is the GM of the store. I asked for her bosses name and phone number he can be reached. She tells me that their owner does not allow that info to be given to customers. They dont take complaints or feedback. She also told me that there was no point in calling corporate either, they are franchise not corporate owned, they cant do anything to them.

I told her that makes no sense. Asked for the owners phone number to be reached once more. She told me that if I did not move my vehicle out of her drive thru she would call the police. I left.

I then called up there to see if they would provide the information. She said the same thing as before. They are not allowed to give that info. I told her that I would go ahead and leave a Google review then. She said yes, please go ahead and do that. (Sarcastic tone. )

There food is okay enough. They are offen out of things. They often mess up orders at this location. Just look at the real reviews.

When and if that manger make mistakes, she will take no accountability for them. Will instead tell you that they don't want your feedback or complaints. Refuse to give you her bosses information. Really seems like she did this because she did not want to get in trouble or have to explain anything to her boss.

Wanted to share this experience with everyone. I mean, after all she told me to leave the Google Review.

Customer service sucks here. This is not how you talk to a customer or client not even a little bit. I did not even ask her to make anything right or for anything for the inconvenience. I simply wanted to give feedback because this not the first time i have been told they had trouble hearing and messed up the order. This is the first time I chose to try to give feedback.

Go to the other Tim Hortons in southgate or the taylor or woodhaven locations. So many other options for Tim Hortons.

Came up to Tim Hortons to grab the bucket of timbits and 2 Reese ice Capps! The server who helped us was super nice and sweet and definitely patient because me and my boyfriend are a bit dumb!! XD I stopped going to Tim Hortons because the one in Woodhaven always messed my order, even the simplest coffee! But this one in Southgate always nails my order! Thank you!!

I consistently order the same coffee every day, yet the quality and taste are never consistent. One day it may be overly sweet, the next day it could be quite bitter. The amount of cream also varies significantly from day to day. This inconsistency is quite disappointing and frustrating. As I write this, I have another bad coffee. It is frustrating and quite expensive to waste money.
