I ordered a dozen donuts, half dozen bagels, and two of the large 12 cup coffee boxes for very important clients coming to my business. I needed this order at a certain time for said clients. When I arrived at the drive through, I was told it would be another 30 minutes because ā€œthey ran out of bagelsā€. I then parked my car and went inside. I was completely ignored for about 5 minutes. When someone finally talked to me, I asked if they could just supplement the bagels with extra donuts because I’m in a hurry and can’t wait for the bagels. She said she’d have to check. No one talked to me again. And I could very clearly see bagels behind the counter. So I sat there and waited. Instead of them communicating with me so I could decide whether or not I needed to go somewhere else for quicker service. I understand being busy and seemingly short staffed, but I don’t understand zero communication with a customer spending over $100 here.

This is BY FAR the best Tim Hortons in the Downriver area and I have been to all of them. There is no revolving door with the staff which tells me they have a good work atmosphere. Shannon and Chloe are wonderful as is the rest of the staff.

Stopped to grab a coffee before a long drive down south for Thanksgiving. Pulled up to the drive thru around 6:40pm. I was told that she'd be just a minute. Waited over 10 minutes. Went to the window and no one was in sight. Lobby supposedly open until 7, but was locked.

Multiple other cars behind me also waited and wound up leaving.

Won't be returning.

Let’s just say this I drive 2 1/2 miles out out of my way to go to the specific Tim Hortons. The girls there are amazing, friendly, And when you go there every day, they pretty much know you by voice, which is very welcoming. It’s nice to start your morning going to a place where you can have a laugh or create a smile while getting your morning coffee. I’m very thankful for this location and the employees that work there helping me start my mornings, right

This location has really gone downhill. We like to go before church on Sundays and they consistently are out of basics. No sleeves, no latte ingredients, no whip cream. Not really rude but the kids just stand around with no sense of urgency. Ill probably go to other locations so I can get what I actually want and not what they have left from the week

No wonder this place is a ghost town with terrible reviews. They don't take 50 dollar bills at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Young staff and no manager in sight. Another place I won't be coming back to.

i had a too good to go order (PRE PAID) and got to pick it up early, (20 minutes before closing time). they had closed store early and me and 2 other cars were waiting for our PRE PAID order. we called multiple times, and it was VERY clear nobody was in the building.

They need to pay their phone bill I just came from their site I paid for a sandwich with bacon and got bullshit two pieces of tiny little bacon I'll post a picture If you're going to increase the price at least add more food

A person You know

The general manager is rude, throws things at her employees, screams at customers, doesn't know how to keep the store stocked on anything, and flat out doesn't deserve to have the job. The district manager is worse because he's well aware that she assults her employees and does nothing about it other than telling her to "clean house".
