I visited your Southgate White Castle yesterday and ordered five classic sliders with cheese. Within a few hours I developed severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and bloating. By about 9:00 PM EST on August 3, I’d also developed a low-grade fever of 100.3 °F.
These symptoms persistent cramps, frequent restroom visits, gas, and fever are consistent with foodborne illness and were both uncomfortable and concerning. As a longtime fan of your comfort food, I was disappointed by this experience.
I respectfully urge your management team to review and reinforce all food-safety protocols at this location particularly storage temperatures, cooking procedures, and cross-contamination safeguards. I’d appreciate an update on the corrective actions taken to prevent similar incidents and restore confidence in your safety standards.

7/27/2025 had a large order to pick up. Everything was perfect. Called two nights before and Olivia took the order. Very sweet and kind. We use this location every year for our Whities Pool Party and they have always done a very good job. Thank you. Colleen
