This is the second time I've tried to get white castles at this location. I waited in line for over 30 minutes both time with 3 cars in front of me. Not a single car moved while I sat there. Won't be going back to this location. I'm at the Lincoln Park white castle now and I've been in the drive thru for 5 minutes, 2 cars ahead of me and I'm about to pay for my food.

Just so you know, I will be calling corporate office. I am stuck in the drive through lane. Now that you have put that stupid median in so I have one car ahead of me. We have been waiting for 19 minutes already. And I haven't even placed an order but I am stuck. My car's not big enough to run over the median. I did call the store inside and they just said we have to be patient.
