I was in there today. The two gals that helped me with my Biggby cards were so sweet! However, there was an older lady, maybe one of their moms or a manager....She was so rude and harsh to the two young ladies. She was raising her voice and snapping at them and right in front of me too! I felt so bad for them. I don't know if she was the owner or what but I wouldn't want her in my business. She has no idea how to treat people. It was sad.
I went out of my way to come to this Biggby as there’s construction happening in front of the one I normally go to, and I was not disappointed! The drink and bagel I ordered was made correctly and the staff who helped me were polite and friendly!
The person who took my order got it wrong. Madison, who made the order was short with everyone there, both workers and customers. She gave me the order and I let her know that it was wrong, she told me to stop yelling at her and that she would make it. I never even raised my voice. I was polite and patient. She was rude to everyone. Her coworkers didn’t do anything to help the situation. I understand they were busy at the time but how you treat customers is everything.
