I went through the drive through at the Sprimng Arbor Biggby and the cashier must have been new because I handed her my points card which was a free drink but she took my debit card also and she swiped both of them not knowing what she was doing so it took longer to get my order finished. She was confused.

My friends and I ordered 3 different drinks, one of them was really good! We also ordered an energy blaster and added on boba. Barely any boba was added and we had to ask for a specific boba straw. The last drink was a cookie butter latte which was not terrible but not something I would order again. The biggest problem was that we ordered all these drinks and paid for them to be in 24oz sizing but received 20oz. It wasn’t a terrible experience so I would still recommend their coffee to others but it was an upsetting experience.

At first, they got my order wrong. The receipt had the correct items but the barista just didn’t pay attention. When i took a drink of my order that was frozen instead of a normal steamer, the frozen mystery drink was almost all melted. 2 stars.

I understand needing to make a profit. I don’t understand when you’re making the exact same amount and can’t simply split it into 2 cups. It’s just a special treat for mommy daughter date with my 6 year old every week. Neither of us needs a lot, just a little something to share. We’ve been doing it for months with wonderful and kind employees and then one insisted rather rudely that it wasn’t allowed. You’ve now lost a usually twice a week customer.
