I went through the drive through at the Sprimng Arbor Biggby and the cashier must have been new because I handed her my points card which was a free drink but she took my debit card also and she swiped both of them not knowing what she was doing so it took longer to get my order finished. She was confused.

Great and friendly service. I'm not a coffee drinker but my fiance is and he loves the selection and the flavors. He usually gets the white teddy on ice but today he got the new cookie butter latte on ice and he says it tastes like gingerbread! He's a fan to say the least.Only 4 stars because it is quite expensive for a cup of coffee. At over $7 for a large it's just more than I like paying for coffee.
