The medium was quite small & seemed like a small. We got a s'mores or campfire (can't recall what it's called) & it was good, but the hot toasted marshmallow quickly melted the icecream & slid right off the sundae... sad :( They did not have napkins readily available, had to stand & wait in the order line just to ask for a few napkins.
The sun was high, bright, and hot. So hot. My body and mind craved something cold. For some unknown reason I was drawn to a small building tucked under the highway overpass. Al a mode ice cream. My exhausted body stumbled to the window. So many choices. I chose and chose well. Blue moon in a cone. I paid. I moved to the pickup window and waited. The sun warm on my back, I felt faint. Couldn’t wait anymore. Then the window opened. A breeze of coolness rushed upon my face....
