I have been going to this biggby for 6 years now ever since I moved from the other side of the staff! While most of the staff has remained the same even with newcomers they have remained the most kind staff in dare I say all of West Michigan! They greet you with such an uplifting voice and are ready to serve with a generous heart! I have never had a bad experience at this biggby. If you ever need a pep in your step visit this biggby!

love love love these workers! I came this Saturday (9/13) at around 9 AM. I placed an online order because I have food restrictions, so I had them make my drink very specific. They had no issue doing it, and with a smile too. I’m so grateful for these type of workers, these girls were absolutely amazing! Raised needed ;) <3
