We have been here multiple times. It’s one of our favorite summer destinations while walking the pier. Good variety of flavors and combinations. They got a little skimpy on the ice cream at the bottom lately, otherwise all good. Generous portions of shaved ice.

This could possible be the best shaved ice in America, seriously. I came to Grand Haven on vacation to enjoy the lovely town, it was great! However, the next time I come is to go to Halalula shaved ice, period. And Reagan, the associate is so wonderful, 5 stars all the way. “Go Reagan”…

My sister loves this place I have tried to take her three separate times now when online says you’re open. Stairs and unlevel ground isn’t the easiest for her so along with the walk she is also met by a closed place she was excited to go to. Very frustrating to drive 25 mins for her to be disappointed. Please edit your hours when you are not open so the next time we try you are actually open.

Came in from out of town, I live 4 hours away and I wanted to try some shaved ice. The website literally says you're open, only for me to be met with disappointment to find out that you are in fact not open. Maybe change your times online so people aren't disappointed

I would give it a 5 but I ordered blue cotton candy and the employee yelled out my name with blue coconut order. I told him I ordered blue cotton candy. I should have stood there to watch him make a new one. He then gave me another one. Again it was blue coconut! By then my granddaughters took bites out of it. I was disappointed! And so were they.
