My husband and I ate here for the first time today. I had the building your own breakfast with eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. My husband got the Monte Cristo sandwich and hash browns. Everything was delicious! I also had an amazing pistachio latte. I highly recommend eating at the Village Baker.
Very glad I stopped for breakfast here on my way home! It was an amazing place with a unique atmosphere. You could eat in the dining room, outside patio, the bar or near the bakery area. The wait wasn't too long but it was worth the wait. It had a southern feel and the menu options made it hard to choose on what to get. I decided on avocado toast with scrambled egg. 1 star for the bakery: all of the bread products are the same. It doesn’t matter if it’s a sourdough, baguette, or English muffin - it’s all the same bread in a different shape.
