“I have been to Mexico twice and love authentic Mexican much more than typical American Mexican food. Honestly this is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Took my business partner, we both ordered steak street tacos. The corn shells are perfection, the hot sauce has a nice kick and a great flavor, the green sauce was very good as well. The chips were amazing, salsa very good, and all under $20. We will be back often! 5 star“

“When your manager makes a tic tok video about wanting servers that have big a$$ and big t!ts. That man needs to be fired. Lots of people are sharing the video and say they'll never be back. You might want to make a public apology and fire him. This is totally unacceptable. Also calling them bit¢hes in Spanish.“

“Torti Taco is one of the best places to eat in Battle Creek. Their food is delicious and authentic. Their prices are affordable. Most importantly: their customer service is excellent. I am a regular customer for lunch. They always get my order correct and have it ready to go for me in five minutes! 🖤🌮“

“actually. I am not sure I will recommend you until I get an answer to my question. there were 2 service members, in full gear and had a military vehicle. they were declined a discount. HELLO!!!please tell me it was a mistake. their meals were covered by a customer who was rather astounded by your policy. #military“

“We had three different people that ordered three different things on one order. They got all of our special requests ACCURATE. While they seemed understaffed, with several very young new employees, they did a GREAT JOB. Also, they were weaving drive-thru orders with walk-in orders with online to go orders. Seamlessly.
..... ATMOSPHERE....🤣.... Well I mean considering which Taco Bell it is.. The ambiance was entertainingly sketchy as always. It was particularly riveting on this visit. The older man having a midlife crisis in their lobby enjoying his $1 pop with free refills mooching off their Wi-Fi to watch TV was WILD.... Wearing what I can only describe as a 1960s mod housewife coat.... And shorts.
However the staff was amazing, Very helpful very accommodating and again our order was perfect.
No complaints. Just compliments.“

“I stop here for breakfast before I get into work in the mornings and the cashier TwanNiece is the kindest employee! She always has a smile on her face and is great at her job! She genuinely makes my days better when I see her. I love when she is working. Thank you so much!!!“

“All the employees r decent people only problem is my wife works here and wants more but theyve dropped her from 5 days to two day now now she's only scheduled for one day,but what's confusing bout it all is they're still hiring more people y not give the current employees the hours we're bout to be homeless out in the cold if something doesn't change soon“

“20 minutes to get through 3 cars in drive thru. If you want fast, this isnt the place to go.
Edit: Changed from 3 star to 5. This one warranted an edit. Drive through times are night and day better here now. Took less than 2 minutes to get through drive through. Vast improvement from the previous time I reviewed that took 20 mins.“
