I hired David to spray my fields, which he agreed to, and told me what to purchase to get the job done. When he was supposed to come over to spray, he’d make excuses like, it’s too windy Even though it was calm, or it may rain, or my phone is down I’ll get back with you, it never happened, and refused to return my calls, not professional, a deal is a deal, and a promise is A promise, but not with David Hughes, you should look for someone more dependable.
