I had Crazy Gringo cater my daughter’s graduation party. It was fantastic! They grilled on scene. They were there early to set up, so friendly with our guests, and the the food was delicious! I had compliments all day!(steak quesadillas were perfection!) If you have never been to their restaurant, it’s a must try! You won’t be disappointed!🤗🌮

Been coming to The Crazy Gringo for a LOOOONG time. Over the past 5 years, yeah, I’ve gotten distracted here and there by new spots popping up, but somehow I always end up right back here. EVERY TIME.

This is my go-to for real-deal Mexican food in St. Clair Shores. Family-run, neighborhood staple, and always showing love. I’m here at least once a month grabbing takeout, and they never miss.

The consistency is crazy. Good food. Good portions....

Ordered from DoorDash so I can’t speak on the atmosphere here or the service, but I will say my order was correct. However, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. I ordered the tortilla soup and an order of chips and salsa. The soup tasted like tomato soup & the salsa tasted like marinara sauce, it was very odd…I guess that’s where the “gringo” comes in? The food wasn’t BAD, but there are many other, better places to get TexMex or authentic Mexican...
