The short lady with the brown hair and cross necklace was very rude for the second time. Unfortunately we are not coming back.

Today was my first time going to Eastside Bagel, and my last. I ordered a club sandwich. I went to the register to pay and decided to add a single bagel to my order to which the person at the register got an attitude about “not being able to leave the register”
My DIL, was behind me, she ordered the same sandwich, as she got to the register, my son texted her back to get him a bagel and Mac and cheese. So she added that to her order. Again, person at register got a major attitude saying she can’t leave the register and her facial expressions were nasty. What is so wrong with telling someone else to get those items????? Im sorry we were trying to spend more money at your store and it caused the person at the register so much trauma to add those items to our order. So we get home, open our food and both sandwiches are missing the cheese. Like I said, first time there, and last!!! There’s too many other places I’d gladly give my money to without an attitude from an employee! (I do want to add, the young girl who took our order was very nice!)

Never disappoints! The cherry almond cream cheese is amazing. The man at the register always makes me laugh when he says my total “four and a half” for $4.50.

I don’t recommend the breakfast sandwich. Bagel tasted like a day old bagel, hard, with powered eggs. Previous has bagel and cream cheese and that was good.

Lov this spot fast service great food, we love getting bagel sandwiches pre made for us saving tons of time. For events you can get a dozen bagels plus their flavored cream cheese highly recommend!

I really like the cheddar bagels here and that they usually have a good amount and don't run out too early. It's always packed and the wait is a while though which is a drawback. The service is nice and the prices aren't terrible.

Your basic decade(s) old worn out interior and need of updating bagel shop, with generally excellent variety of bagels and great food selections. Fairly easy to navigate once you get the hang of their conveyor line order, pay, and pick up process lol. Don't jump the QUE lol. Takes getting used to especially when it's busy or you've never been there before. They need to reorient the service and production area because it's a bit disorganized and chaotic. We go occasionally on weekdays to avoid the weekend crowds. They make a really nice chewy bagel though. (We worked in the food industry in NYC from 1980-2000 so we know a little something about good bagels) Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I’ve ordered from her a couple of times. The bagels are good. The service is fine. I tried to make it there 10 minutes before closing one day, the doors were already locked. Make sure you don’t try to visit at the end of the day.

I asked for well done eggs. I gagged when I saw the mushy gooey eggs on my sandwich. So I returned and told them I need my eggs well done like I had previously asked for, come to find out their eggs are prescrambled out of a box and then microwaved! 🤮 i won't order eggs again but everything g else there is great! Especially the service!

Like they say, it’s not a bagel unless it’s Eastside Bagel. I picked up a dozen for a customer but couldn’t resist grabbing a salt bagel with cream cheese for myself—and devoured it on the spot. Always lives up to the hype.

Been going here for over a decade, & I used to work here when the previous owners owned it, so big fan. But please please PLEASE use LESS salt on the salt bagels. They never used to be this salted til the new owners took over. I cant even enjoy one anymore and if I do, my mouth is tore up for days after... my friends agree too and I know we can't be the only ones 😭

My favorite sandwich is the grand slam. Can’t find a better one.
