Had an excellent experience at the Jimmy John’s on 9 Mile & Harper! Nathan was friendly, respectful, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Nathan make people like me want to come back. He definitely deserves recognition for the way he represents Jimmy John’s. Thank you once again Nathan! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Jimmy John’s in St Clair Shores on Harper just north of 9 mile. I ordered 7 subs over the phone, they were ready and waiting for me within minutes. I have a hard time walking and asked for help getting to my car with my order. A young red haired girl employee immediately said she’d help me and did. Carried my order to my car and helped me down the curb. Put my order in my car for me. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it very much. So sorry I didn’t get her...
So this was a weird and disappointing visit to Jimmy Johns. A couple of days ago I stopped there on a busy day, and ordered a #9 with extra lettuce, hot cherry peppers, and asked for my receipt. The girl who took my money indicated the receipt would come with the sandwich at the other end of the sandwich prep counter. I watched them roll up the sandwich, and noticing no lettuce, asked if the sandwich had extra lettuce, and the prep guy said it did. So I took his word, left...
