Karas Family Restaurants

Winner of best hole in the wall restaurant. Hours are tight but it's worth making time to go. I've eaten here only 3 times so far but that's all been within a month and probably the most often I've visited an eatery in such a short period of time in my life. Their grill is seasoned for gyro meat. Almost as good as getting it off the vertical spit. Everything is made to order fresh and fast. The atmosphere is a bunch of friendly locals and regulars who all say 'hi' to one another. It's a small town feeling place and you don't feel like an intruder your first time there. Their prices are very fair and portions filling. I actually hate giving this place a review because I would love to keep it a secret but want them to keep doing well. There is a reason it has a 4.7 at the time of this review.

A hidden gem

Had the country omelet, gravy was great, onions were actually cooked first like I asked, server was great. Only complaint I have and its not even really a complaint is the wait time from ordering to being served was 30 mins at least. Im not even upset about it, food was worth the wait.

Ordered eggs Benedict for a carryout . The eggs were overcooked and the small pieces of ham were mostly gristle. Couldn't even chew it. Threw it out. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor order something else or order somewhere else.

Such an amazing place to go to for breakfast ?. The workers are very kind! Food is always soo good and comes out fast ! Very clean environment! We always enjoy coming here for a breakfast date !

Needs to put that they're closed for an entire month on there online sources so people don't waste there time driving there to find out it's closed.

Great food, great service, and not costly. Bring cash as they charge a minimal free for credit cards.

In this Restaurant order a simple or very elaborate dish, what I like the most is that they make you feel at home. They attend you with great cordiality. And we have to mention, we have tried different dishes. The food is very tasty, but the coffee is delicious!

We went here for breakfast, and it was great: the food was cheap (~$10 per person); the service was great; it wasn't too crowded. The only downside I noticed was that it was that the tables were small, otherwise great!
