This location has, in quick time, become the "go-to". The staff is friendly and professional, the food is hot when received, and more importantly, the orders have been correct as ordered (so far).

Every time I order on the app my order is either wrong or is cold from being left out. Staff is normal unfriendly or just sarcastic when I complain.

I come here all the time I don’t know what happened but I went here a couple days ago and got a pizza I’m not even joking I’ve eaten probably 1,000 pizzas in my life, it was the absolute most horrible tasting pizza I have ever had. Usually I can fight through a semi not so good pizza in the first time in my life i actually had to spit the pizza out it really really was that bad the sauce just tasted like it was old and has the worst taste the crust was so undercooked you could actually pull the dough apart still! So so so so so so so bad. Like bad bad bad bad.

Called and placed my order. Went to pick it up, one pizza was missing the topping I asked for, and they forgot to make my crazy bread. The food was cold right from the start because it was not in a warmer. By the time I received my bread, the food was ice cold. Had to heat it all in the microwave when I got home. So much for fresh, hot pizza. This location was the best around, but this past year has been the worst. Unfortunately, won’t order here again.

The environment was extremely very friendly. I first noticed Dawon. He was very kind to the early woman in front of me even telling every one of the available specials that they had. He is fast, fun and friendly he deserves a raise thank you Dawon.

Every single time I order a pizza from this place I order it the same:; pepperoni and bacon. They always give me a pepperoni pizza with about a half strip of bacon worth of crumbles. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve had to waste my time waiting for a remake atleast TWICE within the past few weeks. Today was the last straw. Yall too petty for me. No other location is that frugal with the toppings that the customer is literally paying for.TIP AND ALL. I bet the big manager wouldn’t make HIS OWN pizza that way. I will continue going to my previous location at Harper and 11 even if it’s out of my way.

Rude staff. Ordered two crazy bread with sauce. They didn’t give me any. When I asked they gave me one. Then threw the other. I’m sorry doing your job is getting in the way of your standing around talking and playing with your phone.

Waited half an hour for a pizza that was supposed to be "hot n ready". Staff too busy goofing around in the back room. To top it off, the pizza was so awful, I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the taste. I'd give zero stars if this let me.

Ordered a pizza waited two hours it never showed up. Never got called saying why it wasn't being delivered or why it took so long. Had to reach out to get any update. I don't mind waiting but if you're not going to update the customers on the long wait times its inexcusable

Pizza quality is just fine for the price you pay, lowest in the industry. If you're getting 1 or 2 hot-n-readys, they usually have them available but when you're trying to get pizza for a large group or party, they won't have enough on-hand and it'll take at least an hour to get them made for you.
