This is the second time in a week that this location was rude snd messed my order up I am a vegetarian and today I order the crazy puffs cheese and got pepperoni I called the store the manager was very rude as usual and told me call back in 3 hours he did not care that my order was messed up he is the same manager that I spoke to last week and he is very rude and unkind not knowing or caring what people are going through this location I will not visit again heartless rude and uncaring

This place was first of all jam packed with people, I even witnessed one lady have returning an incorrect order in front of me, only for the cashier to start slamming around and deliver some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. The other cashier who gave me my food was eating while handling food. My order was called in, told the incorrect time over the phone (10 minutes), I get there and am told to wait for 25 minutes, told her I was told 10 over the phone. So then Im given two boxes covered in grease which tells me it’s been sitting way too long and they shouldn’t be serving. After waiting in that long line, the order was wrong. I come back in to ask for a refund and the lady who I’m assuming in the manager comes up with dirty hands that I’m assuming she’s preparing food with. This place was so disgusting it’s not even funny. No redeeming qualities.

Half the time I go to this location, the dough is either not cooked all the way, or they didn’t let it rise long enough. The cashier thinks her phone is more important than the customer. I stood at the register for 5 minutes while she played with her phone before she’d acknowledge me. This used to be my go to location for little Caesar’s. I Gies they just don’t make it like they used too.
Since the manager named Mike left this place has gone downhill. I asked for a HnR and Crazy Bread. Waited 15 minutes until the server asked, "do you want sauce on your pizza?" Who asks this for a pizza? And they were so lazy the CB came out as one piece, not even cut.Get some better people in there that care about their job.

Normally I don’t have a problem but went to get 2 hot and ready pizza’s and crazy bread today and got all the way home and crazy bread was burnt. Took it back he did give me a new crazy bread but had an attitude didn’t apologize or anything. How didn’t they see it was burnt when they put it in the bag?
