I am not one to complain at all- but I got a shake from here this afternoon and there was plastic chunks blended into my shake. It looks like it was the aluminum/plasticy container that the mix comes in that was blended into my shake which made it un-consumable. I took a few sips and had multiple chunks of plastic in my mouth. Otherwise, the people were super friendly and the establishment as a whole is really cute and welcoming.

I absolutely love North Shores Nutrition in Saint Clair Shores! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. They just decorated the windows, and it’s absolutely adorable — it really adds to the charm of the place. Every visit is such a positive experience!

We’ve been frequenting this establishment quite a bit lately and have never had a problem. My co worker returned yesterday and proceeded to tell us the girl behind the counter was complaining about our order of 6 drinks took the list from her complaining we need to order ahead of time (she was not rushing her) that this is not McDonald’s. Then did not label any of our drinks and was really rude to her...
