Asked for a DOUBLE TOASTED bagel with butter. The guy making it said huh? Asked if it was doubled toasted, they said it was. It wasn't. Need to step up their game here!!!

I order my coffee every morning through the app I get the same thing at first I would order with whipped topping and they forgot it so I just quit doing that so now I order a dark roast with three milk and four sugar and today I get my coffee and it’s white like they didn’t even add the coffee into it the manager Dan is so polite she’s probably the best thing about the place but now I gotta start my day with no coffee The girl who makes the coffee is rude always has an attitude I’m surprise she still has a job 10 out of 10 will not be back

If I could I would have given them a zero star! This Tim Hortons the staff were fighting. They had the whole order wrong. The store is dirty. The staff are in sandals/slides. Lastly they gave our sandwiches to someone else so we had to wait even longer to get the food after waiting for them to fix the drinks. Horrible place wouldn’t recommend this one…go anywhere else.

Only TH that is consistently out of hash browns and depending on the day you can have a perfectly cooked wrap or the coldest nastiest wrap you ever ate. While there are amazingly friendly workers sometimes, i cant see why they make some of the extremely rude and rushy workers take the orders. Consistently most disappointing Tim Horton's I ever go to but thanks to the rest of the hard working family there who at minimum try to care about decent service and professionalism.

I literally just watched two women smoke cigarettes RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR NOT EVEN AT THE BACK DOOR? THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO WALK IN WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS AND START HANDLING COFFEES AND SERVING.NASTY AS IT GETS!!!!

A complete waste of 10 dollars. Store full of careless unfit, untrained employees. Carelessly took my order, got all the drinks wrong, and left the cups sloppy and sticky. Find another Tim hortons unless this location is reset
