Today is April 10th and I pulls up in Tim’s and go thru the drive thru just to greeted with and RUDE A** employees you have at your store. First of all waiting in drive thru line for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to greet me and take my order I. Finally I got irritated and spoke loud and said Hello? The price of coffee is going up but when I was in Canada, it was $1.52 for a small coffee!
This is one of my top three favorite Tim’s locations. The ladies who work drive through in the morning are great and always make sure my order is right and they’re friendly. The guy working today 12pm, was really friendly and pleasant, seemed like he really likes his job. That’s rare in fast food these days.
My only constructive feedback is that sometimes in the morning, the vanilla dip donuts are dry/hard.
