I would have given them 5 stars, but everytime I try to order on line lately it won't accept any credit cards, then when I go in an order: the cashier says their having a problem with the online orders. Not cool, cause now I have to wait until my order is prepared. Which is not that big of a problem because their pretty fast. It's just the inconvenience for me.

I order from here a lot and I used to love it, but today marks at least the 4th time in a row that they’ve got my order wrong when it’s not even busy hours. Sucks to get the wrong order when this stuff isn’t cheap

One of my favorite stops when I need something to drink. Extremely friendly crew working here. I usually order via app, and when it's walk in, most of them know me well enough to grab my order before I say a word.
I've never had a bad meal or smoothie there.

Definitely could’ve been cleaner. Had cups and trash under the counter where smoothies were made. The tables in the dining area were not wiped off. Services was ok. Mostly kids working inside.

I ordered on the app. Went into the store. I was looked at like I was dumb. Watched people who ordered at the counter get their food before me. 5 minutes later, walked up to the counter and they didn’t have my in app order in the system I guess. It was my pickup time, so I thought my order would have been done and ready for me to pick up, not that it wasn’t even made yet. Had to show the workers my order confirmation 5 times plus tell them the name on my order multiple times. And after this, my order was made incorrectly (was supposed to be no lettuce, no tomato. Guess what it had on it? Both!) I won’t be coming back to this store. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

It was super chill and I ordered four drinks and like 6 minutes passed and they were ready and delicious

Drove about 15 minutes just to have TSC for the first time in a while. I rushed knowing it closed at 9 pm. When I arrived at 8:52 I was told they weren't taking food orders anymore because they stop at 8:50. I'd be a bit more understanding if it wasnt essentially a fast food place. Next time ill just save myself the drive and visit a restaurant that serves food during their posted open times.

The Tropical Smoothie at 22600 Greater Mack Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080 is great. Justin, I believe the Manager there is Awesome (If he is not the manager, he should be). He is very friendly. His Customer service skills are exceptionally wonderful. Thank you Justin for being the best Manager! :)

Their orange smoothie is delicious, it is pricey at $8.00, but well worth the money because of the taste

They need to keep the blender going a little longer, they consistently under blend at this location. The staff needs to understand when they're slammed on a rush doesn't mean they can rush the blending process. And we're talking a mere 5 to 10 seconds longer to make sure smoothies are blended properly. There's nothing worse than jumping in your vehicle and sucking giant ice cubes through a quarter inch you're when you're dying of thirst.

I'll never be going back because both of the smoothies I ordered tasted watered down. Horrible taste.. we had to throw them away 😪 The smoothies had so much ice and had no flavor and tasted like no juice was used when making them. Waste of money. Smoothie king on harper is wayyy better🙌

They didn’t give enough fruit never in açaí bowl This is like this fourth time this has happened to me where they give me all of my proportions of food. I call and call and there’s nothing they can do. And don’t get me started on how rude and unprofessional the staff team was this morning it’s unbelievable something needs to be done!
