They didn’t give enough fruit never in açaí bowl This is like this fourth time this has happened to me where they give me all of my proportions of food. I call and call and there’s nothing they can do. And don’t get me started on how rude and unprofessional the staff team was this morning it’s unbelievable something needs to be done!

Good sandwiches. I always ask that they do not put high fructose corn syrup in my smoothie. Then it’s a healthier drink

I purchased 3 lunch meals with 3 smoothies that came up to around 50 dollars including tip. I have the tsc app & often redeem my points When I got home to scan my receipt it said someone already scanned this receipt it wasn't my 2 kids so had to be the cashier weird I reached out & have yet to hear back this never happened before so just overall weird. If yall scamming for points at this location just say that.

Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe ...Have Been To Several Across From Westland Mall on Warren to Saint Claire Shore Harper Next to Comerica to Michigan Ave in Westborn Next to Potbelly Sandwhich Shop But My Favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the One on Mack in Saint Claire Across from CVS..... Because Justin and Ann Makes The Perfect Smoothie Every time..... Oh Don't Get Me Wrong They Have Others That Make Them as Well But When My Day Might Have Been A Little Ruff And I want To Be Refreshed and My Thirst Quenched This Cafe is My Place To Go !!!! Want that Perfect Award Winning Smoothie Ask For Justin To Make it For You......?I'M TELLING YOU

Yum and super fast service

It's called a smoothie, not a chunky. I shouldn't have to reblend my drink when I get home in order to avoid giant ice chunks. Let the blender run all the way, don't just take it off early when you're busy.

Same with the sandwiches. I want my sandwich hot all the way through, not cold in the middle. It takes time for heat to actually get into the filling.

Just take your time, and don't cut corners, please.

There was 5 employees behind the counter and only ONE person was making order and it took forever, Gwen the manager didn’t seem to care at all. I will never return

My veggie wrap tasted like someone threw salt on it and my green dream yogurt bowl had a super long piece of hair in it! When I called to complain they were very nice over the phone and stated that I could get a replacement but at this point my mind will not allow me to eat from there again!

Ordered pick up. Waited past pick up time. Smoothie was good but my wrap was bad. The rice was undercooked, everything was cold, and it fell apart because it was only cut 1/3 of the way through. Very disappointed. I have ordered this wrap before at the other scs location and usually enjoy it

Denied services? Because my bill was too large not that they didn't have the change but because the young girl said that people were not checking the $100.50 bills the employee said that the manager said that they no longer hundred-dollar bills because their employers was not checking what I got to do with me? Because their employers is not doing their job so I was denied services because I had a $50 bill not because they didn't have change but because I had a $50 bill
