Tried it with a friend yesterday. Amazing food. Wonderful taste and texture. My friend stressed other places she tried serving deli food felt like eating a pound of salt and this wasn't like that. Seems to have been in business near a century and I'm pretty sure my friend and I were the only two gentiles in there - and they say to find authentic cuisine look to where people of that culture eat it.

It's a bit small, but that's to be expected...

Sweet and sour cabbage soup tasted like my mother's, and that's a good thing. Corned beef and pastrami were moist and flavorful, with a pickle that had to have been sent from heaven. Chocolate pie was also magnificent.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a year. Based on excellent reviews..
The portions are WAY smaller than pictured on their menu. (Yes I know they ‘recently got a new website’ however, it doesn’t load.)
The Reuben was NOTHING to write home about. And not worth the price.
If you want an awesome Reuben that’s cheaper (AND a whole one could serve 1 person four meals?) Go to Jimmy Dee’s. $15.
