“So I found out today (Wednesday) it is buy BOGO free when I was paying, after asking for my free one and stating I would come back to get it so I wouldn't hold others up I was told NO you can't get it today. We went back & forth on this until I asked to speak with a manager, she also told me I didn't mention it so I couldn't get it. After finally agreeing to the free coffee I was given the coffee by a VERY VERY sarcastic young lady she was calling me "sweetheart" saying I was beautiful in a belittling way over & over again. Absolutely horrible customer service. So after having the coffee yesterday I wish I would NOT have got the free one. It was the most disgusting coffee I have ever had! I'll give a 0 (zero) for customer service.”

“Kid-friendliness: This is one of the best Subways i’ve been too in a long time! The place was the cleanest restaurant i’ve seen. The staff was more than friendly and gave the place a relaxed feelings. The girl with long hair made my daughter a sub and was super nice and let her pick out her toy that came with her meal! My daughter wouldn’t stop talking about it the whole ride home! The entire store and staff is so well kept up and friendly, I will be returning! 100%”

“We stopped by and tried the donuts & cider. Both were absolutely delicious! I had an apple cider slushy drink which was superb. The caramel apple donut and maple donut were both great but I think maple was my favorite. The customer service was outstanding as well. I highly recommend stopping by and getting some fresh baked goods with your cider.”

“**Doesn’t Recommend. Disappointed, again. When I first moved to the area 2 years ago, the pizza was great, however the standards have changed at the Alma location. This review reflects my last 2 visits, as I wrote one off as a isolated incident and decided to try again tonight. For just over $10, I don’t expect perfection… but come on, it’s pizza! A vital part to a pizza is the crust. I have had better pizza crusts with frozen products than this location is serving lately. It is tough, chewy and not risen at all. Having an extensive culinary background myself, these are easy issues to remedy. Check your yeast, proof your dough, don’t overwork or over flour… simple. However after having the same issues my last 2 visits, it is obvious that this product has been deemed acceptable and now the new standard. The St John’s location doesn’t have this issue, so I suppose I’ll have to take my business there going forward. Sad, considering being a chain, even if independently owned, should have the same standards of quality and strive for consistency.”

“Me and my sister love coming here when we're in Alma! We used to do the fast food stores but then discovered this place. The workers are super friendly and the food is the Best I've ever had! When u drive up, it looks kinda iffy. I get the Italian Cheese Bread and my sister gets the bread sticks. I'm telling u, they are hands down the best ever!”

“My favorite pizza place out of all the ones around (and I've tried them all)! The bacon they use on the pizzas is delicious and cooked perfectly, and they use fresh mushrooms (not canned). I love the garlic butter crust too. Can't be beat!”

“Eat here every time we come visit our kids at Alma College. Our daughter has to eat gluten free and their menu offers a lot of options for her. Food and service is top notch! Great prices considering the servings are huge. We’ve never had a bad experience with food or service. Highly recommend”
