So I found out today (Wednesday) it is buy BOGO free when I was paying, after asking for my free one and stating I would come back to get it so I wouldn't hold others up I was told NO you can't get it today. We went back & forth on this until I asked to speak with a manager, she also told me I didn't mention it so I couldn't get it. After finally agreeing to the free coffee I was given the coffee by a VERY VERY sarcastic young lady she was calling me...

Never came in to a bigby before. Usually go to Starbucks and I did not have any idea what to get ladies suggested some butterscotch coffee. I can't even remember what it was called was absolutely delicious and the young lady at the window was definitely helpful. I'm not sure of her name, but it is 7:51 PM. I just left there and it is november 20th on a monday.
