Established in 2024. This new establishment is fresh in downtown Standish. The New Orleans salmon was spot on. My wife had the Ruben, which I also had a chance to sample. I must say it was very good. Looking at the rest of the menu, I'm sure we'll be back soon.
The staff was very nice. Chef Dixie Dave made some great dishes. I will eat at this restaurant again and would recommend it to everyone.
P.S. I also think that chef Dixie Dave should put his cookbook out again. P.S.S. I will gladly paid whatever it takes for him to make a profit. Thank you.

Nice atmosphere. If you enter through side/back door you don't see the sign/placard with nightly specials for food. We were seated with backs to main entrance and never saw specials board nor did server mention anything about specials. After we placed our order we saw the specials. We would have ordered the specials but it was too late. Our meal was good but nothing spectacular. Steak was cooked medium yet a little tough. Not bad enough to return. We will stop again...
