Like most McDonald's these days it has limited counter service and the usual kiosk for ordering. Decor is scarce, dining area is small and separate from the ordering area. Dual drive thru for to go ordering. The food is 'meh' and on the high end price wise as MCDs really wants everyone to have an app on their phone. Using the app apparently gives automatic discounts and perks. I just don't need yet another app that is specifically for a single retailer that I use infrequently. Pretty much means McDonald's is a last ditch choice if we are hungry on the road, it works out well for this store it's the only one between Ionia and Cadillac on M-66.

My kids wanted fries tonight. All I had was quarters to pay, so I order and we pull up to the first window and hand the lady our quarters, she grabs them and proceeded to turn to all her Coworkers and go "oh my God, they just paid in all quarters" right infront of us and then had to have 2 co workers come over to help her count 8 dollars in quarters. Very rude.

It was a busy night, lots of cars. We where at the 2nd speaker sat there nobody asked to take are order I said hello several times 3 cars went threw in the first lane the 4th goes and there instantly greted and still nothing in line 2. Worst experience there

everytime i come to get something from this mcdonald’s my order is messed up or i’m told the machine isn’t running right now. i’ve tried to get a shamrock shake since they came out and eveytime i go they tell me they just shut the machine down for the night which doesn’t make sense when you’re still open for quite a while.

Something has changed with the meat they use for the hamburgers and I can no longer eat it without feeling ill a half an hour later. I used to eat McDonald's a lot and now I will only occasionally eat the filet of fish or the fries. Anything but the cheeseburgers and hamburgers. Not sure why, but they don't set well with me anymore. And they have also become pathetically smaller in size

Staff doesn't take anything serious.Have ordered at the drive-thru multiple times around 9-10pm.Staff acts annoyed your ordering, and all I can hear from OUTSIDE the windows while I'm waiting is:Laughing, shrieking, yelling, and tonight they were barking and meowing.Don't believe me? Pull tape on the Stanton location for night shifts.
