I have never used a “touch screen” to order food, I’m sure it is convenient but nobody came to help me. It took me 3 minutes to successfully order food. The food was delicious, but maybe a QR code with instructions for ordering would be helpful. Also, I had to order ketchup as a “side” because there was no ketchup dispenser. I work long 12 hour overnight shifts and I come to McDonald's after work every morning for the same thing; a hot chocolate and a steak McMuffin and every morning I get met with smiles and good vibes. Yall made the most perfect burger I have ever seen at a McDonalds in my life. The bun was fluffy and not rushed, the burger and toppings were placed in the center and not all over the packaging. The wait time wasn't bad considering you were swamped. I'd make the hour drive again to come eat there.
