There was a sign at the door saying there is a deal all of August we went in because of the deal they had when I said they had a deal and I showed them they didn’t care and charged me the full price for that plate really bad service and really bad staff.

Food was good however service was TERRIBLE. They were flat out rude and liars as well as the biggest liars. Don't put out pictures talking about having a discount special then have us pay the full price. When I brought this to their attention at first in a calm matter they fully neglected me and failed to give us good service. We came all the way from windsor Canada and we're really disappointed on how we got treated today.

The food is soo bad. Very expensive. The place is so dirty. The floor is sticky. They leave the door open because the smell is nasty. Flies everywhere. Employees clothing is disgusting. The employee who takes the order is very rude and she doesn't speak English. I don't know where the health department is from such business.

The Zubaydi fish was amazing it just took a-lot of time to be ready .

We ordered fish 2 hours ahead of time and specifically asked to make sure it was cooked well, when we arrived it was uncooked and after we said we don’t want it anymore he threatened to take money from his young worker and it seemed like he was going to try and resell the fish it was disgusting behavior and bad customer service.

Had a terrible experience here with my family, our fish came out undercooked after we called ahead 3 hours before arriving and when we tried to send the food back the owner came out trying to make us pay for it despite us not eating from it and saying he would take it out of our teenage waitresses check, which is generally illegal, and tried to use our own religious beliefs against us to make us pay. He was extremely disrespectful and yelling at us in the middle of the reasturant when we had young children with us. Overall a terrible health risk and extremely poor owner.

Now that the chicken is on sale, we ordered food and they just gave us chicken that was made a day prior and they just warmed it up and gave it to us. It was spongy nasty and it was cold. Thank you for having a sale scammers. Not to mention it’s taste fishy because they cook everything using the same oven and equipment as the fish.

They gave me a credit for and expired nasty fish that I bought from them after having me drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant from my house. I called today and the guy was telling me that my credit was only good for 1 week $150 stolen by the Magoof Grill.

Bad service and Bad management

The food is excellent and very delicious, boiled brown fish, enough size for 3 to 4 people, very delicious salads, and the most important thing is to order anything that contains eggplant, advice, and tandoor bread, and to end with delicious tea with the wonderful yellow lime flavour. I have a lot of wonderful things to say, and I conclude with advice to visit it and try it.

I was invited for a lunch at this restaurant as soon as I entered with my friends, a musician start to sing and play loud music! I hate the food because of the ugly loud music in a small space, I don’t recommend this restaurant if the singer and his stupid songs was playing. by the way the soup was cold but the flat bread was fresh and hot.

The kebab is not like Iraqi kebab and the restaurant is not worth sitting in. The service is zero. I hope they pay more attention to everything.

Upon the chef recommendation and choice, we ordered Masgoof, live fish straight out of the fishpond, it turned out to be disgusting, it had no flavor whats so ever and the fish meet would chew in your mouth forever like chewing gum till you finally spit it out. the bathroom was nasty. I don't know for what they are charging us all this money! I'll never go there again.
