I bought pre packed ice cream for the first time from this location, 2 quarts. It was obvious when I got it home (I live 3 minutes away) that it had melted and been refrozen prior to me purchasing it. The product was full of ice crystals and frostbite/freezer burn. When attempting to return it the staff person insisted it couldn’t be returned because “it wasn’t theirs”, despite the receipt I showed her, asserting that because it was pre-packed from Baskin Robbins it was not the store’s responsibility. She refused to give the corporate return policy, and insisted she was closing so I had to leave. When asked the closing time she said 8, it was 7:32. She went on to ignore me and serve other customers and said “You refuse to understand so I can’t help you”. The ignorance of this small business owner shows the greed and lack of respect for the source of their income. At this point, I will make the corporate complaint process my next step. Beware of local businesses like this who sell bad products and refuse to stand by the quality, then play ignorant to basic customer rights and service.

I placed an order from out of town and it continues to say pending. So I’m concerned my order didn’t go through, I’ve called numerous times throughout the day to check on my order but no one has answered my call and you can’t leave a voicemail. Since they won’t answer the phone there is no way to contact this location.

If there was lower than 1 star I would put that. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I ordered a baseball cake for my grandmas birthday. I wanted to switch the time & tried calling multiple times & the phone doesn't work. They dont answer anything. My brother did swing by to make sure at least it would be done & the kid working had no idea anything on it. When I got there the next day, the orginal date, to pick it up at the original time the cake WASNT ready. Fumming I asked what can be done & she told me it'll be done in an hour. So after 20 min of trying to figure out what to, the person working came up with a solution to deliver it cause they done f***** up. We did get it before the party started but super upset that it wasnt ready when I was there to pick it up.

I would've given more stars, but the men's bathroom was gross. Given that they had the ladies' restroom intentionally locked because there were no other customers inside and two ladies working.

Terrible BR location. I asked for 1 scoop ice cream sundae with hot fudge and Oreos. And he said there was no hot fudge so asked if I want chocolate instead which I thought he meant just plain chocolate syrup but he gave me a half a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Then my boyfriend ordered a strawberry milkshake and they gave him pretty much vanilla milk with crushed strawberry in it. I And that costed 10$! Such a disappointment. Waste of gas and money.
