Worst customer service ever no wonder they are 2.7! for a Dunkin Donut/Baskin Robbin. You know they are doing something wrong. We came there for an ice cream had a few ice creams my son was thirsty so we asked them for a cup of water and they wanted to charge us a dollar for a cup of water. $1 for a cup of water from the tap! Who does that ?? I asked for a manager and the owner they did not care and were rude with a bad attitude . Not sure what customer service they are teaching...read full review

Baskin-Robbins provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff who prepare orders quickly and to a high standard. The food, including the avocado toast and kesto wrap, is delicious, and the milkshakes are exceptional. While there may be some issues with cleanliness in certain areas, the overall experience is positive, making it a great destination for a late-night treat.
