Chicken is cold, not even room temp and so are the fries, The sauce on the chicken is spread evenly and it tastes great! but that is the only positive thing I have to say about the entire meal is the sauce…The fries are so dry. I was 8 minutes early from estimated pickup time.. I can only imagine how it would be if i was there at the time given, and I got my order right away. I live six minutes from here and ate right awayI had a gift card and ordered online. I added a bdubs Ghirardelli chocolate brownie for $3.29…I thought maybe it would be like a house brownie, not mass factory produced..and it’s so small. I love Buffalo wild wings, but I’m pretty disappointed tonight.*Update: The brownie taste like Little Debbie’s Cosmic Brownie. EXACT same taste and consistency, it just had some chocolate chunks being the only difference. That’s really upsetting for the price..come on. I know the brownie isn’t your fault because this is a chain restaurant, but the quality of my meal is not okay… I would not have even said anything if I was just here for the brownie.I was really looking forward to this meal tonight, now i’m just irritated. please do better…

I had the worst food poisoning from eating here. Literally the worst pain of my life. I was the only person in my family to eat here, and it was the only thing I ate that day which is how I know the source of the sickness came from the wings.

My girlfriend and I went here on a date for my birthday the other day and I gotta say it was very sub par. She did NOT like her boneless wings or her fries, she did enjoy her salad but NOT the wings. The service was average to below average at best and the atmosphere was horrendous. I did in fact enjoy my food but my girlfriend did not.

My husband and I come here almost every Thursday night when he gets off work for the half off boneless wings, apps and the hatch burger. We are never disappointed the food is always hot and good and our usual server Klara is always so sweet and attentive(best server they have!) this locations bathrooms are clean too!

One of the very best service experiences I've had in a long time! On 2/25/24 at the Sterling Heights location at "The Forum at Gateways", my waiter's name was Hunter. He was extremely helpful, attentive and kind (but never in an annoying way). He made my Wild Wings experience even more enjoyable than just the food (which was very good, also thanks to his recommendation)! Thanks again Hunter. This was the first time going back to a Buffalo wild wings in over five years because the food was terrible that being said it is no longer the case I got a sampler platter (onion rings, cheese sticks, chicken nachos and boneless wings) and a smash burger with fries and a Pepsi and the only thing that wasn't absolutely delicious was the Pepsi it was flat as hell lol and special shout out to the onion rings because they were one of the better ones I've ever had
