Texas Roadhouse Reviews
Our school did the Texas Roadhouse gift card fundraiser with our school. Communication was not good, and the girl we worked with quit so it was the owner or someone else supposedly doing the rest of the work. We picked up our gift cards and passed them out to our students. A parent tried to use the gift card that night at a restaurant and it wasn’t working or activated at all. Drove up there and emailed and now we have to wait another few days to resolve this. We are getting...read full review
I’ve been going to this particular location for years and have been generally happy with the food and tolerated the atmosphere.
I l’ve always enjoyed the pork chops, until today. The portion size has been reduced by 50%, with a double pork chop meal being the size/weight of a single chop.
But more disappointing was the volume of the background music. Midway through the meal, the music was cranked to night club volume levels. Even the server noted it was impossible...read full review
I tried to get a quick to-go order at 9:30, they had me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up because that is ridiculous. Texas Roadhouse offers a variety of experiences, from over-salted and over-grilled meat to good food and attentive service. The restaurant's bread and butter are a highlight, with fresh and crunchy veggies in the house salad. The 8 oz sirloin with shrimp is a popular entrée, cooked to perfection with a side of melted butter. The blooming onion is crispy and a great appetizer. Although some dishes may be salty, the service is generally good, with helpful servers like Stephanie. The staff, including managers like Kenny and Mark, work hard to ensure customers feel welcome and satisfied. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a reliable spot for a satisfying meal with friendly staff.
